Evan C. Berg has over 20 years of experience in airline planning and air service consulting. Prior to joining Informa, Mr. Berg worked as an air service consultant providing strategic air service development consulting to many airport clients across the Americas and the Caribbean. He has significant experience in developing air service strategies, engaging with airlines, designing air service proposals, crafting air service incentive programs, managing stakeholder relationships, evaluating transactional opportunities, forecasting long-term airport growth, and managing data and key analytical studies. Before he provided air service development consulting services to airport clients, Mr. Berg held a variety of management positions at Southwest Airlines, which included finance, schedule planning, corporate real estate, network planning, strategy and initiatives, and international planning. Mr. Berg developed the airline’s international strategy, designed the airline’s 5- and 10-year growth strategies, managed domestic and international capacity planning, led cross-functional performance management teams, evaluated new aircraft models, assessed airline mergers and acquisitions, negotiated use and lease agreements, performed airport budget reviews, and analyzed various airport development projects.
