In an aviation climate of significant change, further liberalisation and increasing competition, route development is becoming an airports most important management function.
The need for effective route development training is paramount. Nine years ago we launched our first open training courses. Entitled “The Fundamentals of Route Development”, the course has been run on a regular basis since. “The Fundamentals…” has been a great success, and from this platform we have developed a series of focused courses, bespoke training programmes that integrate with your in-house training programme. We have now trained managers from over 300 airports worldwide.
The courses are known for their real world and practical focus, the delivery of not just technical content but of workable solutions for airports, and the sharing of experiences amongst airports of all shapes and sizes.
