Major regional European airport
Advisement activity, Spring 2010 – on behalf of an unnamed client ASM prepared an audit of the existing performance of a major regional airport in Europe. This analysis included a review of current traffic growth, future market opportunities, strategic direction and identification of new potential business models for consideration by the client.

Specialist Chinese Airline Mission February 2010
Specialist Chinese Airline Mission February 2010 – in conjunction with ASM’s local Chinese office we prepared a series of high level management meetings with the major Chinese carriers on behalf of one of Europe’s major gateway airports. Our support included securing meetings, handling the logistics of each event, guidance on meeting content; attendance and translation where necessary and recommendations on subsequent follow up activities that are now being followed by the airline.

Low cost carrier analysis
Low cost carrier analysis, Winter 2009/10 – on behalf of a major European airport, ASM prepared a detailed analysis of the current and future market opportunities for a major low cost carrier. The analysis included ‘healthchecking’ the existing operations, drawing comparison with other competitor airports performance and finally preparing a series of engagement recommendations for consideration by our client.

Strategic Review for major Italian airport
Strategic review for major Italian Airport, Autumn 2009 – ASM were commissioned to review the current business development strategy of a major Italian Airport seeking to expand both the number of airlines operating to the destination and range of markets served. ASM prepared a detailed market assessment and developed a series of clear recommendations for the clients consideration.
