A number of airports and countries undertake passenger origin and destination surveys but in truth these are a minority across the industry.

To bridge this gap of market knowledge, in 2004, ASM alongside market researcher Vivid Interface Ltd, establish RSA Ltd.

RSA provide primary market research and in particular passenger surveys. RSA’s have conducted research programmes for airports across the world provide them with valuable insight into passenger behaviour to aid route development.
