About ASM

ASM-Global

ASM was founded in 1993 and was the first management consulting company specialising in the field of route development for airports.

We work exclusively for airports, helping them expand their route networks and have assisted numerous airports secure new air services, build their revenues and develop their regions. The results we have helped airports achieve clearly support our claim as the world leader in our field.

ASM only works for airports. The company does not contract to airlines. As a result we are able to protect our objectivity and freedom to act in the best way possible for our clients. This also helps with our dealings with airlines. Carriers understand that there are no conflicts of interest and, as such, our relationships with them are based on trust and mutual respect.

We are a truly global company with a network of Airline Relations managers spanning the world. This team is unique, no other company has such a resource. Our Airline Relations managers are in day-to-day contact with literally hundreds of airline network decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of how they work and how best to sell to them.

Our company is built around experienced route development professionals and our methods of operation purposely mirror the function and nature of route development itself. This has enabled us to develop a track record without equal in delivering new routes across all airline sectors.

This exceptional track record of success has also resulted in ASM providing critical input to airport investment and acquisition transactions for airport operators and investors.

It is the growth of an airports route network that determines its success, indeed airports are their route networks.

ASM is truly unique consultancy; no other company offers such a single focus and expertise, or the ability to secure new routes. And, we will remain the world’s leading route development consultancy because we believe the true test of a consultancy doesn’t stop until the results are counted.
